You may give us information about you such as your name, phone number or email address, along with the details of your enquiry. You may do this by filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone or e-mail. With regard to each of your visits to our site, in common with all other websites we automatically collect the following information:

Personal information given to us directly from you will be kept until we have confirmation that your enquiry has been answered. After that time, it will be deleted or destroyed depending how it has been collected.

Where we store your data

There are several ways that we store your data depending on how we obtained it. It will be stored securely stored, password protected computer in the private office of Peak District Counselling. Emails from you will also be securely stored, password protected computer.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
