The aim of coaching is to help clients with self-development based on current and future focused goals, strategizing, action and accountability.
Unexpected and even planned changes in life can also present unexpected challenges and difficulties making it hard to see the wood for the trees.
What to Expect:
As your coach I will support you in exploring new ways to view situations, individuals, and possibilities. I will work with you to develop new approaches, plans, strategies, and actions so you can live a happier, more fulfilled, and meaningful life.
The coaching relationship can be a powerful experience, involving trust, mutual respect and collaboration the development of new possibilities, new levels of achievement and personal growth.
How we’ll meet
I provide both online and in-person coaching sessions. It’s about what feels most comfortable for you. You have the flexibility for you to switch between the two ways of meeting.
Coaching can take place on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Sessions are 60 minutes.
I offer flexible weekday appointments between 8:00am to 7:15pm. I also offer some additional later evening appointment times online.
